Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition is run by That's The Tee ("we", "us", "our"), independently and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta or the artist.

2. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, entrants must, during the competition period:
- Follow @and.thats.the.tee on Instagram
- Like the competition post
- Tag one (1) friend in the comments
- Comment their favourite song off ARTPOP

Each tagged friend counts as one entry. Entrants may tag multiple friends in separate comments for multiple entries.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over.
  • Employees, family members, or anyone professionally connected to That's The Tee are not eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must have a valid Instagram account to be considered.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens at 11am (UK time) on Sunday 9th August 2026 and closes at 10am (UK time) on Friday 14th August 2026. Entries received outside this window will not be counted.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • ARTPOP on vinyl (worth £39.99)

The prize will be sent by post within 14 days of the winner confirming their details. 

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.
  • The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the competition closing, via direct message (DM) from the official @and.thats.the.tee Instagram account.
  • The winner must respond to the notification DM within 3 working days. If we don't hear back within this time, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

7. Data & Privacy

  • By entering, you agree that we may contact you via Instagram DM if you win.
  • The winner will be asked to provide a valid UK postal address for delivery of the prize.
  • We will not use entrants' personal data for any purpose other than administering this competition and prize fulfilment.
  • Winner's Instagram username may be announced publicly (e.g. via Instagram Story or post).

8. General

  • We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, spam-generated, or that do not meet the entry requirements.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition at any stage if deemed necessary, without prior notice, due to circumstances outside of our control.
  • This competition is subject to UK law and the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
