This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Thats The Tee at thats-the-tee.com (the "Site"). This policy applies to customers in both the United Kingdom and the United States.
Returns & exchanges (print-on-demand)
Every item we make is printed just for you when you order. Because of this, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for things like:
- Choosing the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Preferring a different colour
- Minor colour differences due to screen settings
To help you get the perfect fit first time, we recommend checking the sizing guide on each product page and comparing it with a t-shirt you already own.
Damaged, misprinted, faulty, or wrong items
That said, we want you to love what you receive.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or you’ve been sent the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.
What we will do
If your claim is approved, we will quickly arrange:
- A free replacement, or
- A refund (if a replacement is not possible)
What is not covered
The following are not considered faults and are not eligible for replacement or refund:
- Minor placement variations within normal production tolerances
- Issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by you
- Refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package
- Damage caused after delivery
Return requirement
In most cases, you will not need to return the faulty or incorrect item. We will let you know if we need it returned.
Consumer rights
UK customers
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
USA customers
You are protected by applicable consumer protection laws in your state. Rights vary by state.
