This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Thats The Tee at thats-the-tee.com (the "Site"). At this time, we ship to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Fulfilment and processing

We use print-on-demand fulfilment partners (including Printify) to make and ship products after you place an order.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within up to 5 business days (this includes production and packing before dispatch).

Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.
  • Delivery time: After your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically within 7 days.

Please note that delivery time estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Taxes and duties

United Kingdom

If you are ordering from within the UK, no duties or import taxes should apply.

United States

If you are ordering from within the US, no duties or import taxes should apply.

Address changes and incorrect addresses

Address changes

Because orders are automatically fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, your order may be delayed, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable.

  • If the order is returned to us or our fulfilment partner, we may be able to arrange re-shipment. You may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
  • If the order is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Lost, delayed, or missing deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
